Transfer Pricing Director/Partner

My client, a top 30 accountancy practice, are looking for a Transfer Pricing Lead (Director/Partner) to build out this service line in their established business.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Transfer Pricing Director or Partner, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading and delivering complex transfer pricing projects across sectors
• Business development to win clients and bring in work
• Advising on UK TP legislation and international tax principles
• Driving multi-territory TP strategies and documentation
• Leading business development and expanding the TP service line
• Coaching and mentoring senior and junior team members
• Collaborating with global specialists and cross-functional teams
• Overseeing portfolio financials and key client relationships
• Contributing to firm-wide strategy and growth initiatives.

Requirements

We're looking for candidates with extensive experience in the Transfer Pricing industry. Other requirements include:

• Deep technical and commercial TP expertise
• The ability to go out and win business
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
• A strategic, collaborative, and tech-savvy mindset
