Ambition Europe Limited recognises that all businesses have a responsibility to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within their business and the supply chain through which they operate. Ambition Europe recruit’s permanent, fixed term contract and temporary staff into the professional services sector including Legal, Practice, Property and Consultancy. 

The Policy

Ambition is committed to taking all reasonable measures it can to prevent Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking within our business. We will take reasonable steps to identify potential risks and ensure the integrity of our supply chain, however, we recognise that we do not control the conduct of individual and organisations in our supply chain. Ambition does, however, expect our clients, contractors, suppliers and other business partners to equally commitment to the prevention of Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking.

Process

All candidates are subject to strict compliance checks. We commit to checking the identity and eligibility to work in the UK of all candidates. Our due diligence checks ensure that Ambition is compliant with all relevant legislation and we continue to review our processes to ensure compliance is maintained. Ambition also encourages employees to report any suspicious activity or circumstances to the Modern Slavery Helpline on 0800 0121 0700.

Training

Ambition commits to ensuring that all employees receive training and information on Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking. This training ensures that employees understand Ambition processes and are able to identify potential warning signs of Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking. As members of APSCo all employees are also subject to the APSCo code of conduct.
