Responsibilities and Duties

As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse client portfolio across UK and international markets
• Preparing and reviewing corporation tax computations
• Supporting advisory projects including international tax, R&D, capital allowances, and structuring
• Advising on technical areas such as transfer pricing, CFCs, and double taxation relief
• Collaborating with cross-office teams and senior management
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members

Requirements

We're looking for candidates who are ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualified (1-2 years post-qualification). Other requirements include:

• Strong UK corporate tax technical skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• A proactive, collaborative approach to client handling
• A desire to grow and explore new technical areas
