Valuations Corporate Finance Manager

We have been instructed to help identify a valuations professional on behalf of a major advisory practice as a Valuations Manager or Valuations Associate Director for their London office.

The valuations division support across transactions, financial reporting, disputes, recovery & insolvency, tax and property. You will get exposure in this role to all aspects of the valuation service offering albeit in London they do heavily support on transactions from investment appraisals to valuations supporting asset-backed lending decisions and pre and post-deal purchase price.

A key part of this role will be for you to supervise the Valuation Executives while also undertaking the delivery of the more complex assignments. You will help set the strategy on certain assignments and be instrumental in the reporting of findings. Being a senior role in the valuations team, you will be given licence to network and spot marketing opportunities to win work and you will be given the autonomy to take responsibility for the relationship of clients throughout the lifecycle of each client project.

To be shortlisted for this role, you must be a detailed orientated person with strong analytical skills and client facing work experience.

You will need to have worked on valuating intangible assets for financial reporting purposes and have a breath of valuation experience across transactions, financial reporting and tax.

ACA / ACCA qualified is also essential.
