The Responsibilities of a Team Secretary:

 

  • Act as gate keeper for all enquiries
  • Diary management
  • Produce letters, presentations, schedules and reports from audio dictation or copy typing
  • Manage monthly credit control letters, arranging meetings and coordinating travel
  • Manage telephone calls and liaise with clients when necessary
  • Process expense claims and assist with billing
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Assist with organising and setting up assessments or interviews
  • Ad hoc administration

 

Team Secretary Requirements:

 

  • Previous experience in a similar PA or Secretarial role
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
  • A-C GCSE graces or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence and determination
