Team Leader - Assurance business development
One of the world's leading professional services organisations are looking for an established team leader in a newly created Audit aligned position.
The role will lead a team of 20 people, putting in place a structure and rigour to how business development is carried out amongst different business units, instilling consistency of approach and standards.
The main responsibilities;
- Working closely with a team of business development and bids professionals, understanding their current role in each area of the business and relating it back to the wider business.
- Winning hearts and minds amongst the partnership, ensuring top level support for the process and standards you bring in.
- Creating process, consistency and cohesion within BD process at the same time as understanding and supporting any necessary differences in approach.
- Ensuring each individual receives the right training to support them in their role.
For this opportunity you should have a proven record in business development and client relationship management with an expert understanding of how to gain stakeholder buy in without day to day contact.
