Senior Marketing Executive

A leading global engineering and design consultancy are looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive/Junior Manager to join the Technology Group of the business. This will be a full time position based in their Central London office.

You'll be responsible for supporting a number of different verticals including; Lighting, Acoustics, and Visualisation, and will be an integral part of helping this business win work with new and existing clients through the implementation of highly successful marketing methods.

This position works both internally and externally and you will be working within the wider marketing function with a global remit. You will line manage a Marketing Assistant and be responsible for their development and progression.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the business in order to develop and implement a sector marketing plan for the financial year
  • Manage complex projects and deliver content across a range of channels including; social media, intranet and e-marketing campaigns
  • Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders of key partners within the Technology business
  • Liaise with external suppliers eg.. PR agencies, copywriters etc..


  • This role will require someone from a creative environment, specifically agency or architecture backgrounds would be highly desirable
  • Must be highly capable of delivering integrated marketing campaigns using multiple channels
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrable experience either overseeing or mentoring junior members of staff/interns etc..
  • Must have extensive overall communication skills (proofreading, writing, reporting etc..)
  • It's important to have been involved in creating and implementing marketing strategy

This role could be an excellent opportunity for someone who feels ready to take on a manager position but may require a bit more experience before taking that next step. The business will work with this person on their personal development with a view to offer promotion as soon as they are comfortable to take on more responsibility.
