Restructuring Advisory Manager

Operating at Manager grade, you will be expected to lead and control the larger and more complex assignments across advisory, restructuring and formal insolvency appointments.

Predominately, you will be delivering on operational transactional advisory engagements, cash flow management, working capital optimisation, contingency planning engagements for creditors and debtor stakeholders, restructuring options analysis, debt restructuring, AMA/Pre-pack Administration processes, IBRs and appraising financial and strategic analysis.

Aside from leading on certain aspects of the above engagements, you will also be expected to manage billings, WIP and cash collection, produce realistic budgets for agreement with Partner and client, originate and exploit marketing opportunities, monitor the progress of junior staff and be responsible for performance management.

To be considered for the role you must be a qualified accountant and have experience working across the full spectrum of restructuring work from advisory projects to formal appointments in a managerial capacity.
