Front of House Receptionist Permanent £23-£25,500k
This award winning law firm are looking to recruit a permanent Front of House Receptionist for their beautiful London offices. This is a great opportunity for someone who has been in a customer service facing role, or has some reception experience but looking to expand on their experience and gain a foot in the door in a firm that can offer real career development.
You will gain fantastic experience in a busy high volume role being responsible for responding to all incoming calls, process room bookings, and liaise with the catering team to ensure the rooms are equipped in accordance with specific requirements. You will be booking taxis/transport for internal and external clients when required so if you are someone who loves taking ownership and being extremely efficient then this is the role for you.
To be successful in your application as Front of House Receptionist you will need to have experience in a customer service role or some experience in a reception role within a professional environment would be desirable. You will need to be a team player, have the ability to multitask, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as being IT literate.
