RECEPTIONIST INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM up to £26k PERMANENT
OUR CLIENT WHO OPERATE ON AN INTERNATIONAL BASIS ARE SEEKING A RECEPTIONIST TO JOIN THEIR FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM.
Do you aspire to work in one of the City's most exciting buildings and work for a law firm who is truly innovative?
You will be responsible as part of a team for the smooth running of the front of house experience as well as meeting rooms.
Ensuring a consistently high level of client service and implementation of "Five Star" customer service standards
Ensuring that a presence is maintained on reception at all times, telephone calls are answered or returned promptly and that all visitors and calls are dealt with in a professional and discreet manner
The management & delivery of a client suite of meeting rooms. Ensuring all are presented to a high standard
Managing the booking of central meeting rooms and functions, ensuring appropriate communication is made with all parties involved
Building strong relationships with partners, clients and other service providers
Providing hospitality assistance for BD and Marketing event
Responsible for ensuring that all IT and AVM equipment is operational and available for meetings Adopting safe working practices in the reception area at all times and report all Health & Safety matters.
Liaising with the landlord's Ground Floor Reception/Security regarding incoming visitors.
Responsible for the overall visitor experience to include client welcome to the building and their journey throughout the building to other floors and the meeting space.
Day to day liaison with key stakeholders within the business.
Your hours will be between 8am and 6.30pm on a rota basis with over time paid.
You must have previous experience of working within a front of house/receptionist position within legal and/or professional services and are familiar with all aspects of the front of house role.
