Based in the heart of the vibrant West End, this Property Administrator role working alongside a dynamic Asset Management team who are extremely well known in the Real Estate sector. The Property Management Administrator role will support the team in all aspects of administration to ensure excellent service delivery to clients.

This Property Management Administrator role will include:

• Updating the property management system with all property details
• Review and approve pre-listing information
• Liaise with Property MANAGERS
• Coordinate tenant meetings
• Attend tenant meetings and record action points
• Coordinate property inspections and attend as needed
• Liaise with clients
• Ad-hoc admin support

To be successful in this Property Management Administrator role you will need:

• Previous experience gained within the Real Estate sector, ideally within Property Management would be hugely beneficial
• Experience of working with the Yardi system would be desirable
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Strong experience of working in an administrative role
• Great communication skills
• Experience of working in a client focused role
• High levels of attention to detail and organisation
