To provide secretarial and administrative support a team of fee earners and senior partners in the Property Litigation team whilst maintaining client care, client confidentiality and professional standards as the utmost priority.

This position would suit an experienced Legal Secretary who is perhaps working in a smaller local firm and is looking to take a step up and work for a city firm or a Junior Secretary/ Team Assistant who is currently in a city firm and wants to take a step up in their career into a Legal Secretary role.

You will be someone who enjoys supporting a busy dynamic team within the Property Litigation department. You will have the natural ability to build effective business relationships, and have the confident's and experience to provide support to a Senior Partner.

Key accountabilities within this Legal Secretary role include:
*Extensive diary management
*Organising travel, itineraries and schedules
*Opening and maintain files
*Organising meetings
*Requesting and applying for searches including Land registry searches
*Taking minutes, short hand and contemporaneous attendance notes
*Liaising with Accounts personnel department to ensure that invoices, ledgers, statements of accounts are up to date
