For this Pricing Manager role your responsibilities will include;
*Acting as a trusted adviser for Partners when they are making pricing decisions
*Support with client pricing negotiations through the provision of concise supporting data, recommendations and advise on negotiation strategy
*Work closely with the team to create financial models specific to pricing scenarios
*Work on the firm's pricing approval process relating to Disputes
*Provide analytical support in order to assist partners on optimal pricing of major matters
*Review and advise on the drafting of pricing aspects of commercial agreements and pitches
*Provide data analytics to understand and predict costs of delivering work
*Review performance of existing pricing agreements in order to identify opportunities for enhancing current and future performance
*Develop innovative pricing propositions that enhance the disputes practices abilities to win profitable work
*Develop metrics and reporting tools that clearly illustrate trends and analysis of pricing performance
*Work with pricing group to develop and deliver strategic projects
To be successful in this Pricing Manager position prior knowledge of pricing is necessary, ideally within a law firm. You will need to be extremely numerate and have excellent excel skills.
