Payroll Officer

A top 25 accountancy practice are looking for a payroll officer to join their growing team.

This role is a good fit for someone with a couple of years expereince in practice or bureau payroll, and who is looking to join a firm where they can progress and grow over the years.

Responsibilities

  • Complying with all statutory filings within the deadlines set
  • Processing client payroll accurately and taking ownership of a portfolio of clients
  • Preparing monthly payslips for clients' employees and directors
  • Preparing schedules to ensure that all information is received on time and passed to HMRC before the deadline date
  • Preparing Year End returns for clients, including P60s and P11Ds
