Partnership Taxation Administration
Your responsibilities for this role will include;
*Producing new loan agreements from templates for partners whose capital is increasing, then sending them out to partners globally
*Prepare TTs for partners whose capital is reducing and bank loans need to be repaid. This will require liaison with the banks
*Keep a control sheet in order to track where documents/queries are
*Arrange meetings both internally and externally
*Prepare mortgage reference letters for partners
*Assist in collating French tax return information and reporting to the financial controller in France
*Manage the process of logging cheques received into the department and ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner
*Validate partner bank account details with partners and keep record of the information
*Assist in the drafting of standard letters and arranging signatures
*Carry out ad-hoc admin tasks as required.
