Partner Remuneration Manager

An international law firm are in search of a Partner Remuneration Manager. It is a great opportunity for you to join their London office, in their well-established Finance team. The Partner Remuneration team effectively directs the payment to Partners globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To calculate the total profit due to Partners
  • To calculate cash flows across all offices
  • To prepare auditors review schedules
  • To allocate profits across the global firm accounts
  • To assist with interest payments and submit reports to banks
  • To take ownership of the accounting ledgers for all Partner accounts
  • To work with global offices ensuring all Partner accounts are reconciled
  • To process team documentation and highlight improvements and identify areas of improvements
  • To be build, maintain and monitor complex Excel spreadsheets that are used for payments and reconciliations
  • To manage the relationships between department and clients, partners and office support teams across all oversea offices
  • To liaise with auditors and the financial accounting team to ensure accounts are correct
  • Coordinate and monitor ongoing work with the GSSC

Key Skills:

  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

You will have previous experience in a finance department dealing with complex reconciliations. You be a qualified accountant with strong accounting base.
