A world leading Law Firm is looking to recruit a Part Time Receptionist/Helpdesk Operator to join their beautiful London offices. If you are looking to take a step down from your current full time role, then this is the perfect role for you! Part time hours being 2pm to 7pm Monday Friday.
This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your skills where you will be involved in both reception and facilities duties. You will be joining a well-established Law firm which has offices across the world.
As a Receptionist you will be required to greet client visitors, escort clients to meetings, manage conference room bookings, answer telephone and email queries and ensure rooms are clean and tidy for meetings.
For the Helpdesk Operator part of your role you will be responsible for logging internal facility requests, produce weekly reports, liaise with external contractors, ensure facility jobs are assigned to the respective member of the team and you will act as a first point of contact for all facility requirements.
To be successful in this position it would be advantageous to have Front Office or Helpdesk experience. You will be a team player who is a professional, problem solving individual with the ability to use your initiative and have a proactive approach to your work with great attention to detail.
