Are you looking for a true PA role? Well look no further as this award winning international law firm are looking for a Personal Assistant to join them in their swanky London offices. In this Legal PA role, you will be providing high quality PA support to the Dispute Resolution Partner and team of fee earners so you will be a proactive individual and an amazing communicator. This role will offer you a fantastic step in your career in a firm where you are a valued member of the team.

As the Personal Assistant you will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Extensive and proactive ever changing diary management for the Partner, always staying one step ahead to avoid any conflicts

- Extensive client work liaising with clients and relevant parties to arrange meetings, internal and external

- Coordinating travel arrangements, completing visa applications, creating itineraries and compiling expense forms

- Supporting the fee earners in marketing activities such as presentations

- Ensuring that there is regular communication with other Legal PAs

To be successful as the Legal PA, you will have:

- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

- At least 3 years PA experience within a professional services firm

- Excellent organisation skills, having the ability and experience of always being one step ahead

- The ability to develop strong working relationships with your team
