An exciting one of a kind positions has appeared in a top law firm within their Business development department, they are recruiting for a Meetings and events specialists on a contract basis of 2-3 months where you will be in charge of the assessment and planning of internal and external meetings and events for the London based office. This is a great chance to expand your network of specialists and work with some knowledgeable people that not only can learn from you, but you can learn from them.

Some of your main tasks:

  • Coordination of meeting and event logistics, including food and beverage, audio visual, technology, transportation, and other related requirements.
  • Budget preparation and management, including preparation of cost estimates, managing meeting related expenses, and post event analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct event research and recommendations associated with the support and execution of London office events.
  • Coordinate post production event recaps including the generation of final attendance numbers, cost summaries and other post event data and reports.
