Marketing Assistant

A leading global management consulting firm is looking for a new Marketing Assistant! This is a varied role that will involve supporting the marketing manager and the wider team across all areas of marketing.

The position will initially be a 9 month fixed term contract with large potential to turn permanent. It reports into the Head of Marketing and works within a supportive and successful marketing team.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:
*Event coordination - dealing with invitation lists, tracking responses, drafting communications and preparing event materials
*Coordinating mailings - preparing target lists, cleaning data and using direct mail software to monitor and track performance
*Updating the global CRM system
*Drafting internal communications to provide regular updates to key stakeholders
*Updating the online global events calendar and maintaining departmental records
*Managing publications and other marketing collateral

Professional services backgrounds are highly desirable, and you are also required to have excellent writing skills, have strong IT skills and have the ability to work effectively under pressure whilst dealing with numerous tasks simultaneously.
