Marketing & Business Development Manager

An excellent Marketing & Business Development Manager position has come available in a leading real estate firm based in Central London. This position will include elements of; Marketing, PR, Business Development, Client support and Brand promotion.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders of the business on a daily basis in order to deliver marketing strategy objectives and business development activity.

Responsibilities:
-Deliver marketing strategy objectives for the firm worldwide
-Drive the growth of BD activity and encourage global opportunities across the network
-Implement BD strategy
-Work alongside the Communications Director to identify opportunities to raise the firms profile with trade press
-Managing tender responses and writing bids
-Promote digital marketing and social media tools
-Be responsible for pipeline and track pitches

Requirements:
-Professional services experience essential
-Property experience desirable
-Previously worked in a marketing or BD function
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
-Fantastic writing and editing capabilities
