Marketing & BD Manager

A leading management consultancy is looking for a Marketing & BD Manager to join the team to work closely with senior leaders of the business in order to deliver impactful campaigns and support the wider Marketing/BD function. It will be based in their central London offices on a permanent basis. The position will be responsible for a number of elements including; marketing strategy, events, digital, thought leadership, content, client targeting and more.

Main Responsibilities:

• You will play a key role in developing and implementing the firm's key strategy
• Work closely with Partners to understand where the business is heading and come up with marketing plans in order to achieve this
• Develop external communications campaigns in order to increase brand awareness
• Manage the production process of thought leadership
• Plan and execute a range of marketing campaigns
• Work on simultaneous projects and tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Extensive B2B professional or financial services experience (6 years+)
• Solid experience developing and implementing marketing strategy as well as being hands-on and executing
• Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Able to work to tight deadlines and work in a highly successful and collaborative team
