M&A Corporate Finance Executive - West Midlands

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a growing M&A team in a leading firm. A firm which would provide an executive to hit the ground running and benefit from fantastic exposure across M&A transactions.

Your responsibilities will include the following.

• Understanding and building rapport with clients
• Proactively working with management identifying potential buyers or targets
• Building a network in legal, banking and private equity firms
• Be capable to meet deadlines and supporting senior members of the team
• Adapt to a fast paced deals environment with a hunger to learn
• Learn and work across all types of corporate finance transactions
• Support in researching and identifying opportunities
• Drafting and preparing pitch documents

You would be ACA/ACCA qualified and ideally have worked in professional services.

Although it is not required to have had previous M&A experience, it is important to have an understanding of transactions and have a genuine interest in corporate finance.

This role would be suitable if you obtain strong technical skills and would enjoy a client-facing role.
