Leveraged Finance / Credit Director

One of the leading providers of Asset Based Lending services to the UK mid-market are after an experienced banking professional to bolster up their origination team.

They work with PE Houses, Corporate Finance Advisors and Sponsors that require credit for investment or refinancing transitions that range in size from £10m-£50m in size. The principle of the role is for you to network and ultimately originate debt opportunities for leveraged finance deals.

Recruiting an experienced banking professional with a background in leveraged finance, asset based lending and deal origination is key. Having a strong contact base is ideal although the firm does already have a very good network of contacts and so hiring the right person with the experience in project managing deal flow and the soft skills to develop regular opportunities for successful debt lending is most important. Recruiting out of a large mainstream bank is also preferred.
