An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Legal PA who is used to supporting at Senior level to join a dynamic and busy team working in the Finance practice group.

This Legal PA role will be fast paced and varied, including:

• Proactive diary management
• Meeting and travel coordination
• Preparation of a range of client letters and documents
• Inbox management
• Supporting the billing process
• Ad-hoc project support

In order to be successful for this Legal PA role, candidates will need:

• Strong previous experience working as a Legal PA - ideally within Finance, however open to other areas of law
• Experience of supporting at senior level
• Strong previous experience of preparing legal document
• Excellent IT skills - confident user of MS Office
• First class written and verbal communication skill
• Immediately available and happy to commit to an ongoing temporary assignment
