Legal PA - Construction

**LEGAL PA - BOUTIQUE WEST END LAW FIRM - £38k**

This wonderful boutique law firm based in the heart of the West End are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to support one of their top partners within their Construction Group. Based within a fast paced and dynamic team the partner that this role is closing numerous high profile deals across a range of Construction and Real Estate work. This legal PA role will see you providing all round support to the partner and several fee earners where you'll be able to fully utilise your strong organisational skills. A strong knowledge of Construction Law or Real Estate work is essential and a hardworking and client driven attitude is needed to succeed in this role.

Duties will include:

- Extensive diary management
- Amending and formatting of legal documents and correspondence

- Organising all internal and external meetings

- Monthly expenses

- Assisting with monthly billing for fee earners

- Acting as gatekeeper for the partner
- Building lasting relationships with clients

- General administration tasks such as filing, scanning, and general good housekeeping

Previous experience as a legal PA within Construction Law or Commercial Real Estate is essential in order to be considered for this role.
