Legal Billings and Paralegal Assistant
This role will be split between managing the firm's litigation billings process and administrative support for the legal solicitors. As the Legal Billings assistant you will be overseeing litigation accounts (preparing cost budgets, monitoring compliance and preparing statements of cost), liaising with partners to prepare and finalise invoices, handling and preparing third party invoices and expenses. Furthermore, the Paralegal assistant duties include document management, preparation of papers for internal and external use, managing diaries and general litigation assistance.
Prior experience of legal billing/client invoicing along with strong numerical and excel skills are required for the Legal Billings and Paralegal Assistant role. You will be working alongside the senior Litigation Paralegal and solicitors, therefore you should possess excellent communication and organisational skills whilst paying attention to detail and remaining consistent and reliable. The ability to work well under pressure and having a can-do approach is essential.
