Insolvency and Restructuring Assistant Manager

We have a truly unique opportunity on our hands working with a boutique advisory and restructuring firm based in the city of London.

This firm is offering the opportunity for a chartered accountant to join their small specialist corporate restructuring team.

You'll be joining a team of highly experienced and driven Insolvency and Restructuring professionals working on interesting corporate formal insolvency and advisory cases.

Responsibilities will include:

• Cash-flow Modelling
• Capital analysis
• Independent Business Reviews
• Contingency Planning
• Formal Insolvency procedures (Liquidations, Administrations and Bankruptcies)

Requirments:

• Fully Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant
• Interest in Coprorate Restructuring
• hihgly driven proactive attitude
