Insolvency Administrator

An excellent opportunity to further progress your Insolvency career in an interesting hybrid role.
As the Insolvency Administrator, you will be reporting to 2 managers of different divisions as the position is split between Compliance and traditional corporate insolvency work.
The firm are very busy and are looking to accommodate those who are able to start ASAP.

This particular Insolvency Administrator role involves assisting in all aspects of Compliance and case work, including Liquidations and CVAs.
Duties include;

*Liaising regularly to creditors including preparing statutory reports;

*Managing case progression of Liquidations, from cradle to grave;

*Working with Treasury Department to ensure statutory documents, payments and invoices are filed as appropriate;

*Finalising cases prior to closure to ensure there are no errors in preparing the final report;

*Holding final meetings of members and creditors and carrying out post meeting formalities including preparation of final minutes, ensuring final returns filed.

*All Administration cases to be reviewed periodically to ensure they are being progressed effectively;

*progressing in all aspects of Administration cases;

*Assisting with general management of a company in Administration on site;

*Drafting strategic reviews, proposals, 6 monthly and final reports;

*Liaising with agents to obtain advice/valuations; and

*Liaising with unsecured and ROT creditors.
