Our client is looking for a proactive, hardworking and self-motivated HR Administrator to join their award-winning HR team!

HR Administrator and Partnership Support Job Responsibilities

 

PA/secretarial support to the Head of HR, Managing Partner and COO:

  • Diary management, booking in meetings and appointments
  • Prepare agendas and board packs/materials
  • Accurately draft correspondence and general documentation

 

Administrative support to the HR team:

  • Assist with onboarding process, creating inductions programmes
  • Ad hoc administration tasks such as filling and e-filling
  • Assist HR Director/Head of HR with projects including appraisals and salary reviews
  • Manage staff movements spreadsheet including monitoring holiday, sickness and absences
  • Managing training programmes, preparing materials and questionnaires
  • Oversee HR/Payroll process

 

Essential skills:

  • **Previous experience as HR Admin in Law firm!!**
  • Highly organised and efficient individual
  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload under pressure
