Global Key Accounts Lead

A leading management consultancy who operate globally are looking for someone to drive the development and growth of their global key account programme. The aim of the position is to make their top global and regional accounts a greater part of the business which will require the ability to create a strong performance culture.

Responsibilities:
- Be the global leader in driving the key client account programme
- Create and deliver a plan that enables the business to achieve year on year growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key account managers in order to improve planning and execution
- Support and help drive new accounts
- Drive to increase income from cross-selling across regions and services through the delivery of excellence and consistency
- Manage all key account reporting
- Working with a wide range of stakeholders across the global business
- Be the go-to person for any key account issues in the business

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar business development/generation role or hands on major key account leadership, preferably in professional services
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
- Experience influencing a diverse global team
- Highly confident and able to provide advice on key account management to business leaders
- Can work autonomously
- Extensive project management skills
