Are you an immediately available administrator/receptionist looking for some temporary work? Can you work in Canary Wharf for 2 to 3 weeks? Do you have a passion for property and fantastic communication skills? If so - read on!

This Receptionist/Administrator role is an exciting opportunity to work for a Global Property company in one of their locations in Canary Wharf. Supporting the existing team, you'll be responsible for ensuring all guests and visitors to the office receive a first class experience and be the first point of contact for a range of queries and questions.

A passion for property would be highly beneficial - you'll be able to guide clients through their initial enquiry help them to ascertain the relevant next steps to suit their requirements.

This Receptionist/Administrator role needs someone who loves dealing with people. You'll be able to communicate with people at all levels and be a talented multitasker.

This role is available on a temporary basis and needs someone who can work a shift pattern which will include some weekend work - you'll work 5 out of 7 days and will need to be flexible around your availability.

You'll be customer orientated, solutions driven, well presented and have first class written and verbal communication skills.
