Financial Modelling Associate

Ambition are delighted to work with a top tier accountancy firm seeking a modelling associate to join them An established firm looking to bolster their corporate finance offering, within the modelling and valuations team.

The purpose of the role is to provide financial modelling and valuation services to clients within a project and infrastructure capacity. You will be responsible for building, reviewing and auditing financial and business models, including modelling for fund-raising transactions (IPO's, private equity and project finance), and executing valuations for a range of clients, including corporates, financial institutions, funds, not-for-profit and owner-managed businesses.

You will have gained at least 3 years' modelling experience already and will be looking to develop and advance your technical skills within a specialist financial modelling, valuations and project finance team. Ideally, you will be ACA qualified or equivalent, although those with comparable modelling experience gained within professional services or banking/consultancy are encouraged to apply, particularly Excel-based experience.

You will be naturally analytical with a strong attention to detail, with the requisite communication skills to be able to contribute to client pitches/proposals and relevant marketing material.
