Finance Administrator - Part Time

This independent Law Firm are looking to recruit a part time Finance Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain key experience in Finance related role. You will be providing administrative support to the Finance team requiring a great deal of organisation skills along with accurate numeracy and literacy confidence.
As the Finance Administrator you will be producing, checking and dispatching regular reminder letters, statements and emails to clients. Monitoring the Credit Control email inbox and answering queries, and monitoring the firms bills bank account for incoming credits and entering the information into Aderant. Other responsibilities will include banking cheques received in payment of invoices, taking card payment via the telephone from clients in settlement of invoices, and have full responsibility of opening and distributing of team post.
To be successful in your application for Finance Administrator you will need to ambitious with a desire to gain experience within a legal finance department. Have a flexible, open and friendly attitude as you will be working in a close-knit team. You must have an excellent confident telephone manner and good communication skills both verbally and in writing. Other skill sets required for this role are being highly organised, having great attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
