A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Administration Assistant to join a thriving global law firm based in stunning offices in the heart of London city!

Facilities Administration Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Support the facilities team and manage all enquiries
  • Record and process all queries and assign jobs appropriately
  • Regularly deal with external suppliers
  • Follow up on orders and log information
  • Invoice purchase orders
  • Maintain great communication with the facilities team and wider firm
  • Escalate any facilities issues
  • Carry out DSE Assessments and update records
  • Assist with office moves and help manage the process
  • Record and manage departmental absences
  • Help manage the workflow through reception, records management, general office and reprographic when necessary

Facilities Administration Assistant Personal Profile:

  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Previous experience working in facilities preferably within a law firm
  • Client focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Hardworking and proactive attitude
