This outstanding Executive Assistant role will be supporting 2 Senior Partners within Litigation. The firm is enjoying continued growth and success and has exciting plans in place for the future.

This EA role will call on all of your exceptional communication and organisational skills as the team is extremely busy and you'll be managing competing priorities on a daily basis. To be successful in this Executive Assistant role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, lots of tenacity, a strong client focus and the gravitas to develop the role to become an indispensable addition to the business. Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Complex and proactive diary management - coordinating internal and external client meetings, scheduling work activities and identifying and resolving challenges and clashes.
  • Inbox management and client liaison
  • Comprehensive preparation for meetings - preparation of agendas, presentations, meeting papers and scheduling planning time
  • Travel coordination including the production of full itineraries
  • Minute taking
  • Support on projects
  • Organising events (departmental meetings, seminars, corporate events and team training)
  • Carrying out research activities
  • Support the development of business practices and processes
  • Manage workflow to supporting teams and proofreading documents to ensure high levels of accuracy.
  • Preparation of payments and chasing unpaid invoices.
  • Produce complex legal documents and bundles for trial where needed.
  • Support the billing process
  • Support BD and marketing activities and liaise with internal teams

The successful candidate for this Executive Assistant role will have:

  • Previous PA or EA experience gained supporting at Board level
  • Experience gained within a legal environment
  • Strong project and event management skills
  • Proactive approach - ability to anticipate and plan ahead.
  • Enthusiasm and resilience to cope with a challenging and busy role.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Highly organised, confident and assertive.
