Events Assistant

A highly respected, international Law firm are looking to hire an Events Assistant to join them at their London offices.
As Events Assistant, you will be working alongside managers and assistants in the marketing team, delivering seminars, client events and coordinating the firm's presence at external conferences and exhibitions. You will be willing to manage your time dealing with flexible hours and occasionally travel across the UK to attend conferences.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Collating materials for delegate packs.
-Preparation for events such as roundtables and dinners.
-Packing materials, organising their delivery and collection and setting up/packing down for events.
-Venue finding and maintaining up to date information on external venues.
-Managing a range of smaller to larger events.
-Ownership and management of events in box, calendar and events page on intranet.
-Creating and maintaining mailing lists on CRM and sending invitations.
-Ensure all CRM Reports are checked and updated regularly and compiling a bi-weekly events report and circulating to the firm.
-Dealing with and maintaining a list of suppliers.
