Engagement analyst

A global leading law firm have a new position that has opened up in their London based office in their technology department, they are looking for an Engagement Analyst on a contract basis to join the popular firm. In this role you will be reporting to the business relationship manager with all your activities and you will also be working with individuals' members if the tech team to ensure that all needs are met, and you will be taking responsibility of any communication changes within the department. Main duties:

• You will be taking ownership of the Customer Satisfaction survey, managing customer feedback ensuring that they are taken care of to the best of the firm's ability.
• Also, you will be in charge of developing the IT training plans making sure it is affective and improve areas that need it.
• As the engagement analyst you will be partnering with departments across the firm to ensure the provision of excellent technology services.
• Ensuring at all times that the IT initiatives are communicated to the whole firm.

for this role as an engagement analyst the firm have some criteria, they would ideally like you to meet to increase your chances of an interview. The requirements include having good report writing skills and experience in communications and engagement strategies.
