e-Billing Client Data Manager

A multinational Law Firm is looking to recruit a e-Billing Client Data Manager to join their London offices in Canary Wharf. This is a great opportunity to be lead point of contact for internal and external e-billing data management and associated issues and requests.

As the e-Billing Client Data Manager you will be responsible for the consolidation of rates, ensuring client rates reconcile accurately between the Firm's practice management system, rate cards/rate sets, internal online reference points and external client e-billing and matter management platforms.

Furthermore, you will be supporting and advising Business Development when reviewing and agreeing proposed rate agreements for new and existing e-billing clients to ensure that practical rate agreements flow through internal and external systems in such a way that does not inhibit billing in accordance with Outside Counsel Agreements.

Also, you will be required to perform the role of administrator in client e-billing and matter management platforms including setting up new users/changing existing users and removing leavers as necessary. And assist the e-Billing Client Relationship Manager in the preparation of data and information for internal and external discussions relating to e-billing and rates issues, and KPI analysis.
To be successful in this position you will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to discuss complex issues with a varied audience.

As well as advanced Excel skills is essential. A knowledge on Macro level would be preferred but not essential. You need to have a qualification of a GCSE, including maths with a grade of A-C. You will need to be confident, motivated and willing to learn new things.
