E-billing Assistant


The Role: E-Billing assistant


The Opportunity: As the E-Billing assistant you will be responsible for the day to day uploading of E-bills and financial data. In addition, this role involves advising the business on acknowledged best practice in order to adhere to the clients billing guidelines.


The Firm: A leading international law firm with fantastic offices and facilities in London that places great emphasis on recruiting and retaining staff who meet their high standards


The Team: You will be reporting to the Revenue manager, providing feedback to the senior E-Billing assistant and interacting on a daily basis on Global Billing and Credit Control teams.


Additional responsibilities:
Generating electronic files (LEDES) using the firms ERP system.
Handling a heavy volume of complex uploads for a selection of e-billing clients to various intermediary platforms.
Ensuring client guidelines and firm policies are followed during the submission process.
Assisting with maintaining timekeeper, matter, rates and invoice data held within the various intermediary systems.
Assisting with rejection management
Ensuring compliance with the firm's systems in accordance with the firm's protocols.


Skills needed:
Experience of Billing or E-billing within a law firm required
At least 5 GCSE grade C or above or equivalent qualifications
Exposure to multiple E-billing systems
Advance Excel skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach
