CRM System Assistant

A top advisory firm is looking to hire a Database Coordinator to work as part of a dynamic team responsible for the growth of the business on a 6-9 month FTC basis.

In this role you will be expected to:

  • Maintain, update, import and export data to/from Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Assist in the testing and deployment of system updates and development
  • Assist with the creation of monthly data quality reports and on-going analysis
  • Assist in designing, distributing and maintaining best practice materials for data processing and maintenance
  • Assist with the integration and testing of the email marketing system
  • Assist with training, where appropriate
  • Provide first line support for basic user queries

The firm is looking for a candidate with excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills, as well as having an understanding of how, and why, these systems are essential to the sales and marketing process. If you are an effective communicator, have strong attention to detail and have experience of working within a professional services or B2B environment, then you could be suitable for this role!
