CRM / Interaction Specialist
A top, global law firm are looking for an InterAction CRM specialist to join the team. This is a brand now role after the firm have spent a year carrying out a project on the InterAction system. This has been an exciting project of restructuring, enhancing and overhauling the InterAction data and repositioning it as a strategic business tool.
The InterAction CRM specialist will have 2 years' experience working with InterAction and enjoy working with data. They will be working alongside two other specialists in other regions.
The InterAction Specialists duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Undertaking bulk imports for new partners being onboarded to the firm
- Assisting with the off boarding process when partners and associates leave the firm
- Maintaining the CRM system and using a variety of tools for this
- Supporting the events process - setting activities ahead of events so that the lawyers know when their clients and other business contacts are attending events
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the InterAction system and would love to be part of this global law firms project. The InterAction CRM specialist will be working with a focus on EU data and will have the opportunity to communicate with stakeholders across the business.
