A leading, international law firm are seeking a CRM manager with extensive experience in using InterAction. You will give advice and support to the firm in this respect and will host regular training sessions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing initiatives to encourage the use of InterAction across the firm
- Ensuring the data in the system is used to its full potential
- Working with the IT department to develop in-house training
- Building relationships with key suppliers and other contacts
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with InterAction, preferably within the legal sector. Innovative thinking and a consistently positive attitude will be extremely beneficial to the candidate in this role.
