The main responsibilities of the role will include:
*Gathering ideas for new CRM developments from users and assessing the business need across the group
*Reviewing system issues with I.T. support
*Ensuring that the CRM solution remains consistent across all regions
*Ensuring CRM output analytics meet requirements and working with I.T to build custom reports as required
*Being the advocate of CRM across the business and to ensure its continued promotion
*Ensuring training is completed and relevant training manuals are updated following any system upgrades and amends
The firm is looking for a candidate with excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills, as well as having an understanding of how, and why, these systems are essential to the sales and marketing process. If you are an effective communicator, have strong attention to detail and have experience of working within a professional services or B2B environment, then you could be suitable for this role!
- Experience working within Professional Services

- Ideally 2 years + experience
- Will have experience using a CRM system
