CRM Assistant

A top accountancy firm is looking to hire a new CRM Database Administrator to join their London office as part of their friendly and creative Marketing and BD team.

The main focus of the role will be around database management, data reporting, and ongoing development of the database and related projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring data quality and the internal CRM system;
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting;
  • Delivering training to new users both one-to-one and in small groups;
  • Continuously reviewing the system's functionality, usability and reporting.

As the ideal candidate, you will be educated to degree level, with experience within the data management field (Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be a bonus!). You will also be an individual with strong attention to detail and strong problem solving abilities.
