Corporate Finance Manager
A well-renowned firm in Reading is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their growing and ambitious team.
Your duties will include:
- Handling the commercial investigations into the client's businesses
- Dealing with the collation of information and presentation of the financial data
- Preparing financial analysis for all potential acquirers
- Financial Due Diligence reports
You will be degree-educated, and be ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 2/3 years' experience in Corporate Finance, particularly Due Diligence work.
