Corporate Finance Executive - Reading
A quality firm based in Reading are looking for a Corporate Finance Executive to join their growing team.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting the team with commercial investigations into the client's businesses
- Provide assistance with the collation of information and presentation of the financial data
- Preparing financial analysis for all potential acquirers
- Financial Due Diligence reports
You will be degree-educated, and be ACA/ACCA qualified with a genuine interest in Corporate Finance or Due Diligence.
Ideally, you will have one - two years' experience in Corporate Finance or an Audit/Accounts Senior looking to make the move into Corporate Finance. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a passionate, growing firm with great ambitions.
