Corporate Finance Associate
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Finance Associate to join the Birmingham office of a leading accountancy firm. The firm continues to enjoy impressive growth with strengths in the middle-market, and the Corporate Finance team is no different.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to; preparation of due diligence reports relating to private equity acquisitions, corporate acquisitions and vendor due diligence, assisting with proposals and business development presentations, building relationships with the likes of banks, lawyers, and other local intermediary markets, liaising with clients and departments within the firm during transaction execution etc.
You will be ACA or ACCA qualified, and will have gained experience within a top 10 accountancy firm. You should be technically excellent with a good attention to detail, and you will have a strong understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP in order to ensure the highest due diligence service is provided by the Corporate Finance team. The opportunity will suit a confident and motivated individual with the natural ability to forge relationships with a variety of people, including colleagues, clients, and senior members of the firm.
This is a truly exciting opportunity to play a fundamental role in supporting the delivery of due diligence services, and to be involved in varied and interesting work, enabling you to build a solid foundation within a leading Corporate Finance team.
