Corporate Engagement Administrator

A top London firm are recruiting an Engagement Administrator to join their team in London on a 6 month fixed term contract.

For this role you will need excellent administrative and interpersonal skills. The role is a hybrid Finance and Compliance Admin role, responsibilities will include:

Being in charge of file opening and gathering and collating KYC
Being of charge of engagement letters and updating them
Liaising with partners, going through their WIP reports and client balances on a regular basis
Assisting with billing
Interacting with Accounts in regards to chasing bills, KYC, file opening and payments.
