Contentious Insolvency Investigator

Ambition are working with a boutique firm in London who are looking for an insolvency investigaor to handle a portfolio of investigations and litigiations for bankrupts and directors.

Your day to day will include:

- Undertaking investigations to identify fraud, misconduct and negligence.

- Investigating misconduct by former directors, debtors and other stakeholders.

- Handling asset realisations

- Preparing statutory documentation.

You must have insolvency and litigation investigations experience, be commercially aware and good communication skills. This role may suit someone who has got general insolvency experience but has always had particular interest in contentious work.
